The Role

The CEC will be responsible for assisting the Sales and Client Success Teams with various tasks that support our efforts to increase IntellPro’s visibility, rapidly increase revenue and provide best-in-class service to our clients. This role offers a great opportunity to learn about the aspects of our organization and sets the stage for career advancement on the commercial side of IntellPro’s business.


  • Familiarize yourself with IntellPro’s vision and mission, accomplish set goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research, strengthen client relationships, help to identify new business opportunities
  • Leverage data from clients, craft insightful talking points to communicate with IntellPro leadership team
  • Set up introductory calls for the Sales and Client Success Teams
  • Collating and maintaining accurate client information in the CRM database
  • Assist Client Success Team in developing and implementing client service and retention plans
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Ad hoc request to support sales and marketing


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of direct work experience in enterprise SaaS-based sales
  • 3+ years of providing support to senior sales leaders with multi-million-dollar quotas
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and
  • Friendly and personable demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of institutional investment (buy-side/sell-side) workflows would be nice
