Responsibilities

  • Create, measure, optimize and support integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers and reach results oriented KPIs
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results and maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns (reporting directly to the company’s President and VP of Sales)
  • Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns using modern tools
  • Manage operational aspects of the campaign workflow including timelines, asset development, budget tracking and cross-department collaboration
  • Collaborate with sales team by creating collateral, landing pages, webinars, emails, and assorted materials to attract and convert leads
  • Support online and offline marketing logistics for conferences and events, including planning collateral, presentations, event management, promotional materials, and post-event follow-up
  • Communicate progress updates and help troubleshoot potential issues to management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field required
  • 3+ years in SaaS companies
  • 3+ years of direct work experience in campaign management, ideally in relevant financial services industries
  • Balance of left-brain data obsession and right-brain creativity
  • Strong marketing campaign ideation and design capabilities
  • Track record of delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling revenue contribution
  • Experience of email, marketing automation, and CRM tools; Salesforce and Pardot wizardry is a must
  • Knowledge of institutional investment (buy-side/sell-side) workflows would be nice
  • Knowledge and ability to fully use Adobe Illustrator
